Allow to change SatNav Locations location while seated

As SatNav now uses a fixed name for the location the old code did only update the autopilot target once. I modified the code that goes into DimHUD to reload the SavedLocations from the databank if they got modified by SatNav.

The changes are in README.md only. I modified the markdown a little for readability too. The rest of the changes are just re-ordering to my personal preferences and updateing the source to reflect what is in the current JSON and can be ignored.

Please feel free to cherry-pick what you like.

Actually, I have changed so that the Hole fits to a C-plug, will upload it latest sunday.

It comes with a nice plug too.
