[TsMaster Toolbox] Improvements and bug

Multiple improvements:

• Button is not active (we has to click "Toolbox Bulder" to see the TsMaster toolbox)

• When a toolbox is executed, and when I leave relaunch TsMaster, toolbox are inactive (toolbox status seems to be not saved in the project)

• For the path of the python script, I want to use a script inside my tsmaster project (or somewhere in my computer). Tsmaster copy files to C:\Program Files (x86)\TOSUN\TSMaster\bin\Toolbox\

• In the script, package tsmaster is imported (from TSMaster import *). There is no description on what there is in TsMaster module (class and objects available)

• Is it possible to add a canMsgReceive callback (to use python scripts with same features than "C Script Editor" )
