[Feature] Add possibility to load dll

For some specific hardware, provider provide a dll with an api. It would be good to load a such dll (as if we load a mp program) and having access to the dll api (moreover, for x64 dll, a x64 application might be necessary)

Please try using our mini program module to dynamically load DLL. If it is an x64 dynamic library, you can use the 64 bit TSMaster mini program to dynamically load DLL, as shown in the example in the figure.
