Cannot detect CAN FD channels for ValueCAN 4-2

I'm using ValueCAN 4-2 from Intrepidcs, which is said to be supported from your user manual. But when I plugged in and choose CAN channel, it only showed channels with standard CAN protocol , no selection for CAN FD format. Please help!

CANFD for ValueCAN is not supported so far. If you need to work with CANFD, you can use Vector or TOSUN hardwares.
