Diagnostic ISO-TP - New Feature : Add possibility to import/export database diagnostic and improve database editor

Add in basic diagnostic config context menu, the possibility to copy/paste a service or duplicate a service

Add possibility to import / export database in diagnostic tab. The official format for diag is ODX /PDX/CDD (complex file format). It would be good to have possibility to edit via excel or a simple file format (to import list of DID/RID for example).
