Error [ERR_HTTP_HEADERS_SENT]: Cannot set headers after they are sent to the client

Ty for creating this server!

Everytime i visit a layer that doesn't exist (aka returns Layer not found message), like: http://localhost:8123/d/20/530592/391566.geojson

The server outputs the following message:

Error [ERR_HTTP_HEADERS_SENT]: Cannot set headers after they are sent to the client
    at ServerResponse.setHeader (_http_outgoing.js:561:11)
