Thanks for the heads up? Unfortunately I am not sure what i can do about this. Any suggestions? Also how did you learn of this?

You could go to court and get an order or injunction to stop they selling your software until the GPL code portions are removed. I guess. The CEO posted a video on a Facebook group that I'm in.

Thank you for the heads up, it is too bad people do this. It looks like they took the theme and modified it slightly.
