Respawn (Custom Position) + Tickets and TMF Spectator Enabled, Spectator is forced at game start.

When trying to make a ticket-respawn based (Ticket option in Multiplayer menu + Respawn Tickets module) mission and attempting to use TMF Spectator (for when you've run out of tickets), the Spectator is forced active at the start of the mission, leaving your character immobile.
