Would it be possible to implement this acarsdec feature also in vdlm2dec?

-n ipaddr:port : send acars messages to addr:port via UDP in planeplotter compatible format

I second this idea, it is in acarsdec, acarsdeco2, dumpvdl2 all have PP compatible format
