【概要】 users can pick color and chat, export the colorful chatlog after finishing a session.

【詳細】

• on chat-window & chat-palette, before character name is a color-picker button
• each message will maintain a "color" variable, this will be used to export log, and can be seen on each message head ("●" symbol).
• character's data-xml will store store the picked-color on chat-palette
• on chat-tab setting, we can export colorful chatlog

【懸念点】 N/A. Well, we can do change the message's color on Udonarium, but it will be slightly ugly, so I just use a color symbol showing the message color. Additionally, the color-picker button may be enhanced. Now it doesn't seems like a button.
