Support for HarmonyOS

Most Huawei devices are running Android with Google Play Services and can run TICE without an issue.

Current Huawei devices are running Android as well but don't come with Google Play Services. We will support those devices as soon as we resolve TICESoftware/TICE-Android-OSS#6 and publish the app via the Huawei App Gallery.

Future Huawei smartphones might be shipped running HarmonyOS that we need to support separately.
