Streams template for go API

Current behavior: No template

Expected behavior: An example that allows you to build a streaming app with golang

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? We can build streams with UI and CLi, but not the third interface - golang API

@fm-tibco I think you are the right person to look at this. it isn't a priority but it would be nice to be able to do this for some demos and what not.
