Reproduction / 复现过程

1. CLI initiation of 5B through a custom batch pipeline is causing many blank (color only) generations](https://youtu.be/AJ3u1Ih3nDI?si=96CpPyXS5s0ACmRn)

Confirmed to be the same throughout each example: Seed = 1990 (changing it did not resolve) GS = 10.0 (changing it did not resolve) Restarting did not resolve.

I'm still experimenting with prompt builds to see what may influence but I'm starting to think this may just happen on 5b.

I can also confirm 5b does get watermarks occasionally, they are different from ponds.

Expected behavior / 期待表现

It should continue to iterate on previous steps count. I may just not have found documentation stating this is intended though. I'm still translating documentation as I go.
