4090 seems to be not supported in the docker container

I failed to rebuild the environment from the docker container on WSL.

I just simply follow the steps by pulling the image and running it with the docker desktop and I met the errors below.

It seems that the container is not supported for 4090. So my question is: Is there any way I could use my graphic card in the container or does the environment just simply not support it and I have to use other graphic cards? If so, could you pls let me know which generation of the NVIDIA GPU this environment supports?
