UX: Rename user restriction

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The double negative wording with "Restrict participant rights in video conferences" and "Disable webcam" can be confusing for users.

Is the feature "Webcam" disabled? Is it disabled to disable your webcam ?

Describe the solution you'd like Only use positive wording "Restrict participant rights in video conferences" -> "Participant rights in video conferences" "Disable webcam" -> e.g. "Share webcam" or "Webcam"
