Archive room

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a user account is deleted, so are the users rooms with all files and recordings. If in the future user accounts are automatily deleted due to inactivity, that might result in important data beeing lost.

Describe the solution you'd like Change data structure to allow rooms without owners. These rooms are "archived". They cannot be edited and started. A "archived" banner is shown on the page. Admins can assign a new owner to the room.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Archived rooms are kept to a limited amount of time and permenatly deleted if no new owner has been set
• Allow to transfer all rooms of a user to an other user on user deletion
