Walkthrough

The changelog was updated to include a new entry referencing a fixed container restart issue linked to pull request #2134. Additionally, the docker/app/pilos-cli script was modified so that the create-spool-group action now checks for the existence of the pilos-spool group before creating it, improving group management logic.

Changes

File(s) Change Summary
CHANGELOG.md Added an entry under "Unreleased" for a container restart fix and appended a reference link to PR #2134.

Assessment against linked issues

Objective Addressed Explanation
Ensure PILOS automatically reconnects to the local server periodically if connection is lost (#2133) No code changes related to reconnection logic or periodic retry are present in this PR.

🔇 Additional comments (3)
CHANGELOG.md (2)

10-12: Changes look good - correctly documents the fix

The changelog entry properly documents the container restart fix and references the PR #2134, which is consistent with the PR objectives.

477-477: Correctly added PR reference

The PR reference link has been properly added to the references section, providing traceability to the issue and its fix.

docker/app/pilos-cli (1)

34-44: Good implementation of conditional group creation

The script now properly checks for the existence of the pilos-spool group before attempting to create it, which solves the container restart issue. The implementation:

  1. Uses getent group to verify if the group exists
  2. Only creates the group if it doesn't already exist
  3. Provides clear feedback through echo statements
  4. Adds the www-data user to the group in all cases

This change effectively prevents errors during container restart when the group already exists.
