Option to automatically send attendance list via email to owner after meeting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While PILOS provides an attendance log for download, it is only available for a limited time. This can result in missed opportunities to retrieve important information about meeting participants. Automatically receiving the attendance list via email would simplify the process, especially for users who need the data for follow-up communication or reporting purposes. Manually downloading the attendance log after every meeting introduces extra steps that could be avoided.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the room settings to automatically send the attendance list to the meeting owner via email once the meeting ends. The list should include the participant's name, email address, and session duration, making it easy to use for follow-up emails or records. This feature would be configurable, allowing users to enable or disable it according to their preferences.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Manually downloading the attendance list after each meeting.
  • Extending the time frame during which the attendance log is available in the settings (downside of storing this data for long could result in privacy issues, e.g. GDPR Data minimization and Retention)
  • Using third-party tools or scripts to automate the downloading of the attendance list, though this requires additional setup (not easily possible with the current auth system in place)
