Migrate to PrimeVue v4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current theming options require the user to adjust sass files and rebuild the frontend.

Describe the solution you'd like PrimeVue is working on v4, which will remove sass and replace it with a dynamic solution. If would be great to adjust the theme in the UI without overwriting files.
