Bump to THEOplayer 9.X
This PR adjusts the samples for changes on 9.0, updates the Uplynk sample and replaces some ad tags on the ad samples.
This also replaces the https://cdn.theoplayer.com/demos/verizon-media/index.html demo with https://cdn.theoplayer.com/demos/uplynk/index.html.
We should also update all the instances of the link on our documentation to point to the new one.
@GillesMoris-Dolby, I need some guidance on how to do that for the external docs under documentation. Do these get fetched from the respective external repos on every new release? Then would I just need to update the docs under each repo?
