data_info = pandas.read_csv("NUSW-NB15_features.csv", encoding = "ISO-8859-1", header=None).values i check whole dataset, but no file is given having name "NUSW-NB15_features.csv" plz clarify this.

The predicted result of attack data is incorrect.

Would you please tell me, the fact that most predicted result of attack data is incorrect proved the classification algorithm works?How to explain this phenomenon.
