Call notification on 14+ Android

Since the group is currently closed and I cannot provide new details for my report, I’ve decided to share the issue details directly here.

I see some attempts to fix the issue, but it still persists. If the app is running in the background, the call goes through. However, if the app is closed from the recent apps, even with all battery optimizations and restrictions disabled, the app crashes. Here's the crash log for the new version.
