UX improvement request

[IGR2014]

When trying to share something via Telegram, it took time for Telegram to update/pre-load the content of all chats before actually show the activity with chats selection for share. Wouldn't be better not to wait this pre-load delay? The delay sometimes can be up to 15 seconds
