Telegram X on Huawei AppGallery & Huawei Mobile Services (Push Kit)

Is it possible to integrate Huawei Mobile Services (Push Kit) code into Telegram X, which is available on the Huawei AppGallery, as a replacement for the non-functioning Google Services? The idea is to create a separate build, unlike the current "universal" build available on the Huawei AppGallery, which includes non-functioning Google Services due to their absence on Huawei phones. As a result, there is currently a significant issue with receiving notifications about incoming messages on Huawei phones, which completely undermines the primary purpose of the messenger.
