Subscribe to beta updates option

I'm subscribed to beta updates but on settings I see the option Subscribe to beta updates. Also, touching it does nothing apparently.

The button should take you to Telegram-X beta testing page in Google play

Well, actually issues are 2, the first is that despite I had the beta version (I signed off from it) on settings that button was telling Subscribe to beta updates anyway and then anyway that button wasn't opening the Telegram X page on Play Store (maybe because I disabled Google Play Services).
