Feature Request: Support H2 platform printers

So, whilst the majority of functionality works with setting 'p1s' or 'x1c' in the device type, I can't get the camera feed from my H2D to work, and I note there is no device type for that setup.

I found about this a few days ago, I could get a1, p1p and p1s to connect with live feeds. The X1C and H2D only show up only the details and not the live feed. Is it also the case for you?

Did you check liveview fot X1C?

Im assuming the same kind of setup would be used in the future

I checked it, but still trying to get it to work. I did follow the instructions but it doesn't work. Will have to check the logs to see whats happening.
