[Feature] Continue improving the SpyTagAttributes feature

Discuss and implement these possible features to improve the user experience when configuring the SpyTagAttributes feature:

• [x] Add Restore button This will allow users to set default (Generic, Windows, or Web) Tags.

• [x] Remove or update StateModelTags Not shown in Spy mode. Now, StateModelTags are just adding complexity to be selected.

• [x] Add filter by Tags, UITags, WebTags Add a combobox on which users can filter or select all (Generic, Windows, or Web) Tags.

• [ ] Add search item Add a search bar to, for example, find the desired web name tag.

• [ ] Add default SpyTagAttributes to all protocols Add an appropriate set of (Generic, Windows, or Web) Tags to the desktop and webdriver protocols.

• [ ] getAllUITags? getAllWebTags? into SpyAttributesSetting Add an special getAll, getAllUITags, or getAllWebTags that allows TESTAR to use those Tags in Spy mode.
