[Resolution] Windows screen settings affects to Screenshots and Actions coordinates

Development of #217 improves the screen coordinates used to make screenshots and mouse movements. This development verify the current display of the environment to make the improvement.

However, there are still problems with the use of a not recommended display (by the system) and the advanced Windows option to fix applications that are blurred. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4091364/windows-10-fix-blurry-apps

The resolution issues depend on the environment where TESTAR is being run, and in most cases they can be fixed with Windows settings.
