critical apparatus repeated in HTML

I have a problem with the HTML rendering of a critical apparatus. Under http://www.d-meeus.be/marxisme/classiques/Capital-Ichap24.html#Capital-Ichap24para7, in the left quotation (see in German: “Worauf kommt…”), I compare (as app→lem-rdg-rdg) with previous editions. To have the apparatus appear directly linked to the quotation, I did, in cit→quote-bibl, introduce a floatingText inside quote. Indeed, this makes the apparatus appear between the quote and the bibl in HTML. My problem is: it appears again at the bottom of the page and at the bottom of all parents pages up to the higher level. (Not all the pages.) The XML is http://www.d-meeus.be/marxisme/classiques/lectures.xml. The XSL is version 48, with my personal parameters (like splitLevel 3). The same problem occurs with a stored version 41. It is not something peculiar to my big XML or my XSL parameters: if I put the sole cit→quote→floatingText→body-bibl of the “Worauf kommt…” quotation in a minimal TEI (6,8 kB instead of the above 3,5 MB) and ask OxGarage to convert it in HTML, I do still get the apparatus twice: in the floatingText box and at the bottom of the page. It is not a floatingText problem: if in my original TEI I “comment out” the floatingText→body, of course I loose the local apparatus immediately under the quote, but I still have it on all the parent pages.

I prefer not leave the faulty HTML online, therefore I publish instead http://www.d-meeus.be/linux/sandbox/Worauf.xml and http://www.d-meeus.be/linux/sandbox/Worauf-indent.html. (HTML from OxGarage, indented with xmllint --format.) As above: (i) the apparatus is repeated in HTML; furthermore: (ii) it gives a <a class="notelink" number in the text, calling the note, but no number at the note; (iii) each of the two app has an xml:id — the corresponding html:id names are no more unique, being repeated twice each, which is invalid HTML.
