Hide arbitrary extension

I have a similar case as described in #30, however I have a multi user solution.

I now have the doorbell visible plus every user that has an extension, in my setup it's unsupported to call anyone other than doorbell.

If it would be possible to set extension visibility per extension it would greatly simplify the experience for the users.
