[#12048] Migrate Tests for FeedbackRankRecipientQuestionE2ETest

Outline of Solution

  • Migrated FeedbackRankRecipientQuestionE2ETest to use SQL-based logic instead of the previous Datastore model.

  • Changed makeDeepCopy in FeedbackRankRecipientQuestion to use questionDetails.getDeepCopy() to preserve all properties.
