Some users facing 'Invalid authorization code' error
When we deploy a new version, some users encounter an 'Invalid authorization code' error when trying to log in to TEAMMATES. In most cases they are able to get through after switching devices/browser/network or deleting cache/cookies. But this time we have a few cases of users not being able to get through.
Is there anything we can do to prevent this problem in the first place?
Some users are getting frustrated with this problem. Is there anything we can do?
@damithc I'll investigate this matter. May take a bit of time as I'm not able to immediately replicate it
Thanks @domoberzin Something I noticed is, the problem seems to have gone away after I did a redeployment of the same version. I will try the same remedy next time and see if that still works. In the meantime, it is good to look into this to understand what is happening and if there is a 'proper' fix.
