Instructor viewing anonymous responses: don't show responses unless there are many responses
Context: an instructor is viewing responses of a question for which s/he is not supposed to the respondent's identity Problem: If there is only one response, the instructor can deduce the identity of the response giver by checking who has submitted responses
Solution: while not fool-proof, a mitigation measure is to not show responses to the instructor for such questions if the response count is not above a minimum number of responses.
I remember we already had the above measure in place longtime back, but want to confirm if it is still there.
This is near-duplicate of #2719. While that issue is for student, most (not all) of the reasons also apply here.

We never have such measure.

So, similarly not worth doing? One significant difference is instructors can view responses any time. On the one hand, the problem occurs for a small time window only (i.e., while there is only one response) but on the other hand an instructor can easily predict that time Window (i.e., soon after the session opens).
We never have such measure.
Perhaps my memory playing tricks :-p
