[BUG] CustomSkinLoader duplicate mod error when using GDLauncher

Describe the bug CustomSkinLoader is reported as a duplicate only when using GDLauncher. For details (reproduction steps, screenshots, system info) see gorilla-devs/gdlauncher#1279.
