[Suggestion] Update Thaumic JEI Aspect Scan

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When looking at ways to get Aspects from Thaumic Additions in JEI, no items are shown to have them, due to the Aspect Scan being outdated. Things still do have then, but it's not shown in JEI, which leads to confusion and annoyance. There's also items that supposedly have specific aspects, but don't contain them in actuality.

Describe the solution you'd like Run another Thaumic JEI Aspect Scan, and put that updated scan config into the next release.

Describe alternatives you've considered I mean, you could update it manually, but who the hell wants to do that?
