[BUG] Gendustry Quests do not Ignore NBT

Before reporting, make sure your problem isn't caused by the game running out of RAM and you have read the installation guide carefully. Describe the bug Gendustry item Quests do not ignore NBT data in items.

To Reproduce

1. Acquire Gendustry machine
2. Place and charge Gendustry machine
3. Mine and pick up Gendustry Machine
4. Quests will not complete

Expected behavior Gendustry Quests should ignore NBT so that the player does not need to craft fresh machines to complete them.
