[BUG] Draconic Items Causing Massive Performance Drops

Noticed some sudden major performance issues, so to try and figure out the source we installed the LagGoggles mod. With this we noticed that while having draconic flux capacitor equipped there was a huge drop in performance, not sure if the problem is caused by all draconic items with flux or just this.

Notice where it says Al3xxT, this is without the capacitor equipped.

Now with the capacitor equipped

Try clearing your inventory and have only the capacitor and see how much it impacts the performance

Also try using alternatives such as thermal's flux capacitor. If other capacitors are much better in performance I will add tooltips to recommend using them instead
