Create a slick Arduino 1.6 compatible boards.txt file

Before I can merge this all of the UECIDE core folder needs to be put back, along with the Downloads folder with the 'ld' fix stuff. I can't see what else has changed as it keeps crashing the browser every time I try to view the list of files have changed.

I'm sorry! I'm new to Github, and I accidentally posted this in the wrong place. This was supposed to be posted in a fork of your attiny core, but I couldn't fina a delete button. The request was that the boards.txt file should be updated for Arduino 1.6, so the boards menu would rather look like this. I created a request at SpenceKonde's fork about this.
