[Request] offline mode for ubisoft and EA Desktop

Is it possible to create a way to log in offline for Ubisoft's Lanyards and EA Desktop? I know it is possible to lock Ubisoft's offline mode by changing the settings.yaml file, would it be possible to do this through the program?
