High CPU usage

Describe the bug Very high CPU usage. I have many other programs and none seem to approach TcNo, which is weird because this is supposed to be a small program. What is it doing under the hood that warrants 16%-17% CPU usage? CPU usage doesn't change even when minimized to tray.

To Reproduce

  1. Do a clean installation.
  2. Minimize the program to tray.
  3. Open Task Manager.

Expected behavior Less CPU usage

  • OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
  • Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

Additional context On first start, switched to CEF and restarted. After seeing high CPU usage switched back to Webview and restarted. Program gave a warning - saying CEF isn't installed. I opted to not download CEF. This is weird. When I selected CEF it seemed to start but when switching back it acted like I switched to CEF.
