TCNO won't turn on

just what the title says :(... I don't know the reason for it... I tried reinstalling but it didn't help...

whenever I try to open it, this thing pops up

You're most likely missing one of the required runtimes. Please download all 3 (three) runtimes from the Wiki guide here

WebView2 Runtime, Microsoft .NET 6 Desktop Runtime AND ASP.NET Core 6 Runtime.

Edit: If you have used the software before, try clearing the userdata folder: %AppData%\TcNo Account Switcher\
