Widget touch

Description Interacting with widgets is sometime inconsistent. One clock widget does nothing when touched, another opens the widget settings. I want to be able to disable or customize the touch response.

Solution

  1. allow wallpaper scroll when widget is not handling the scroll.
  2. allow user to disable widget touch handling
  3. allow user to enter widget settings from long touch popup

Would disabling passing swipe to widgets be in scope of this, or would it need be a new Feature Request?

I'm finding navigation hard with multiple widgets and desktop pages since any swipe gesture that touches a widget doesn't get passed to TinyBit.

This seems to be counter to how Quickstep, Bliss, and Microsoft Launcher handle swipe on widgets, though I'm not sure about other Launchers.
