不好说这个是不是openai api卡住了
可能是触发了bot 发送频率限制，dev分支telegram bot发送频率进行了优化
😓其实我没有azure dalle权限 azure下的这个功能我也没有试过。然后我的openai账号也被封了，第三方API也没有dalle的功能。没有办法测试。
