Look into Discord x Slack integration to make it easier for Discord notifications to surface in a centralized channel on Slack, something like tbd-discord-notifications

I actually got https://github.com/42wim/matterbridge working between a discord of mine and a slack of mine. It works quite well but result isn't super attractive, but is reliable:
