Use publication screenshot for youtube thumbnail

API supports it, we first discussed this back in Nach times, but somehow forgot about it since then.

Before sending it to YT it'd make sense to upscale it to 720p.

Probably best if this is optional and off by default, because sometimes YT thumbnails are fine.

It might be important to mention that while you can set the thumbnail via the YouTube API, there is no way to reset it via the API. So the site has no way to unset the thumbnail if this feature is disabled on a previously enabled publication.
