reset and BG0 Graphic glitched

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When pressing Ctrl+F1 and reset game then rarely disabled to BG0 graphic 
layer using.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Emulation Ver:VBA-RR v24 svn480
OS:Windows XP in vmware 10.0.1 Build 1379776
