'Cheats...' window can NOT be opened.

Can NOT open 'Cheats...' window, no window popup after click.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any rom
  2. Go to 'Tools'
  3. Click on 'Cheats....'

Expected behavior A Cheats window popup.

  • OS and Version: Windows 11
  • Version of FCEUX used: v2.6.6 win64 Binary, non-QT
