Aspect ratio correction not applied in fullscreen
This problem is simple to reproduce in both Turbo and Hyper Nyma/
PCEHawk works as expected to compare.
Set display to maintain aspect ratio, and set to use system's recommendation
lastly set Expand pixels by integers only (e.g. no 1.3333x)
now load a game go full screen. Image aspect ratio very broken.

Possibly. I ended up trying 2.91 release and its the same.
maybe its not a bug maybe has to do with how bizhawk uses this core?
That being said it looks broken, sorry if it is as intended.
I just tested this and can verify
- it does look broken
- it's most likely working as intended
which makes me wonder what the intended use case for the "expand by integers only" option is, at least in combination with non-1x1 scaling. Would it be sensible to disallow this option when using custom AR or disallow custom AR when having this option enabled? The current result is sketchy at best.
