PCEHawk's debugger isn't properly finished

Trying to write anything to S register and trying to enable/disable switches (B, C, D, I, N, T, V, Z) causes them to gray out immediately.

Please don't bother opening any more Issues for PCEHawk. It's no longer being developed and is likely to be removed.

Also PCEHawk is the only PCE core that isn't actually waterboxed.

I can't get a breakpoint to actually pause execution when a value is written :(
