Add more constraint and transform placement output

Hi, I'm trying to do this task, it bridges two repo

1. https://github.com/TARTRL/RankingCost
2. https://github.com/limbo018/DREAMPlace However, I cannot transform the GPSR bookshelf file format into JSON input of ranking cost. Could you help me? What should I do if I want to add more constraints like ranking cost for 3D input?
